These terms apply to the Kodiak GM waitlist at kodiakgm.com (the "Site"), run by Jafa Media LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them.

The waitlist

• Joining is free. Joining doesn't mean you have bought anything or that we have to sell you anything.
• Kodiak GM has not launched. Features, prices, and screens shown on the Site are previews. They use sample data and may change or never ship.
• Your waitlist position, founding-member status, and any founding price are estimates. They are not guaranteed. We may change or end the waitlist, referral program, or founding offer at any time.
• Any paid service will have its own terms and prices, which you'll see before you buy.

Referrals

• Each person who joins with your link moves you up the line. We decide how referrals are counted.
• No spam, fake or duplicate emails, bots, or other gaming of the system. We may remove signups, reset positions, or disqualify anyone we believe broke this rule.

Your use of the Site

You must be at least 13 to use the Site. Don't misuse it. That means no attacks on, scraping of, or interference with the Site, and no breaking the law. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without any obligation to you.

Ownership

Kodiak GM, its name, logo, and Site content belong to Jafa Media LLC. Kodiak GM is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA, ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, or Fantrax. Their names belong to their owners.

No warranties; limits on liability

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Sample projections and examples are for illustration only and are not advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, Jafa Media LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of the Site. Our total liability is limited to $100.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Changes and contact
